And Away We Goooooooo!!!

Hey Everybody,

I was reading "Get Schooled" this morning and I saw a post that the inquiring public wanted a blog to continue informing the public about the School Board. Well it took me a little time, however I think I may have figured out how to blog. Thank God my middle schooler was home and helped me. This page is not going to have a bunch of bells and whistles, but I will have hot off the press information that is as accurate as I can give. I have to make sure I check facts, too. I definitely don't want to get sued. We are in a recession.

I would like to Thank Maureen Downey  and Dr. Trotter again for allowing us to vent on their Blog- Let's all make sure that we still support them. I was pleased that Dr. Trotter confirmed most of the information that I posted eearlier and of course added some history and commentary to give us a well rounded perspective of how we got to where we are.

My hope is that I will be just as efficient in disseminating factual information.  I will post a link to the Georgia Citizen so you can catch up on what's been going on. If you have been reading get schooled that your abreast of the recent developments. Currently I am working on finding out what happened to the objects of 'The Community Focus Group"- that what the group calls themselves so far. Also you can friend me on facebook - Logical Lane.

  1. Dear Logical Lane: Good luck in your blogging quest! For us older folks, it takes a while to figure out how these things work!

Keep up your good work, and keep the pressure on. Otherwise, the Clayton County Board of Education and Edmond Heatley will just keep turning deaf ears to the cries of the parents, teachers, and students in Clayton County!
